By accessing our website or placing an order with The Export Express ("KoreanKulture", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all wholesale customers, resellers, and website visitors.

All products are original fan-art designs manufactured by KoreanKulture. They are not officially licensed K-Pop merchandise and do not use copyrighted logos or trademarks.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are FOB India (Free on Board). Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Orders placed before a price change are honored at the original price.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the US Retailer Starter Pack is 200 pieces. For custom designs, the MOQ is 300 pieces per design.

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of a 50% deposit via Skydo ACH transfer to our US account (Community Federal Savings Bank). The remaining balance is due before shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Once production has begun on a custom order, deposits are non-refundable.

All payments must be received within 7 days of order confirmation. Orders unpaid after 7 days will be automatically cancelled.

We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are 4–7 business days for most international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier. Quotes are provided before payment.

KoreanKulture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Sea freight is available for orders of 1,000+ pieces with an estimated transit time of 25–35 days.

Due to the wholesale nature of our products, all sales are final unless products are defective or incorrectly shipped.

If you receive defective products, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace defective items in your next order or issue a proportional refund.

Our defect rate is under 0.8%. We conduct a 3-stage quality control process on every shirt before shipping.

Returns for non-defective reasons (change of mind) are not accepted for wholesale orders.

All designs, artwork, and content on this website are the property of KoreanKulture. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our designs without permission.

Custom designs created for white-label or private-label clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.

KoreanKulture is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any K-Pop group, agency, or management company. All group names (BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE) are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

Resellers may sell KoreanKulture products under their own brand or store name. You may not represent the products as official K-Pop merchandise.

We recommend a retail price of $20–$30 USD per shirt. The included Reseller Guide PDF provides detailed pricing strategies for different markets.

Resellers are responsible for complying with their local consumer protection, tax, and business regulations.

KoreanKulture's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the products giving rise to the claim.

KoreanKulture is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

In such events, we will notify customers promptly and work to fulfill obligations as soon as conditions permit.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
