Our wholesale return policy. We stand behind every shirt we ship.
Defective Products
If any shirt has a manufacturing defect (print issues, fabric flaws, stitching problems), notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace them free in your next order or issue a proportional refund.
Incorrect Shipments
If you receive the wrong designs, sizes, or quantities, contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.
Quality Guarantee
Our 3-stage QC process ensures a 99.2% pass rate. If your defect rate exceeds 2% of your order, we'll replace the entire affected batch.
Non-Defective Returns
Due to the wholesale nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-defective reasons (change of mind, etc.). We recommend ordering a $25 sample pack first.
How to report an issue.
Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective or incorrect items.
Our team reviews and responds within 24 hours with a resolution.
Replacements are shipped with your next order, or a refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
