60% Solar Energy
Our factory roof hosts a 120 kW solar array covering 60% of our energy needs. Targeting 100% by 2027.
Water-Based Inks
Switched entirely to eco-friendly water-based screen printing inks. Zero PVC, zero phthalates.
40% Less Water
Implemented a closed-loop water recycling system in our bio-washing unit, cutting usage by 40%.
Organic Cotton Blends
Transitioning to GOTS-certified organic cotton. Currently at 35% organic, targeting 80% by 2026.
Plastic-Free Packaging
All shirts are packed in biodegradable cornstarch bags. Cartons use recycled corrugated board.
Fair Wages
All 85 team members earn above the state-mandated minimum wage with health insurance and PF benefits.
