3-Stage Quality Control.
Stage 1: Visual Inspection
Every fabric roll is inspected for weave consistency, color matching, and GSM verification before cutting.
Stage 2: Print QC
Post-print, each shirt is checked for ink coverage, alignment, color accuracy, and cure temperature.
Stage 3: Final Audit
Before packing, shirts are inspected for sizing, stitching, bio-wash finish, and overall presentation.
